EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY – BUSINESS MANAGER

Zambia Red Cross Society, a Humanitarian organization invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position of Business Manager (BM)). The BM is responsible for managing the First Aid Training business, known as Commercial First Aid (CFA), including sales and marketing activity and all operations.

The position will report to the Secretaey General.
Duty Station: Lusaka

JOB SUMMARY

The role of the Business Manager is to manage the overall CFA business, including sales and marketing and training delivery. The BM will supervise the team of sales promotors and trainers in the delivery of the business strategy, ensuring that the taining unit delivers high quality training and that end of year business targets are met.

He/she is responsible that a marketing plan for the CFA business is developed and implemented, taking into account the wider ZRCS communications approach.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or similar relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years professicmal experience in Sales / Marketing
  • Strong project management backgromd with good organizational and coordination skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, fluency in written and spoken English
