Office Administrator | ACCUCON LIMITED | | Full-Time


We are looking for an individual to fill the position of Office Administrator at our organisation. The post holder is responsible for

  • Answering and directing phone calls from clients and suppliers.
  • Timely and accurate recording of accounting transactions and adjustments.
  • General administration of the office, documentation and archiving tasks ensuring proper record keeping
  • Maintaining a filing system.
  • Ordering office supplies and researching new deals for tenders and suppliers and assist the Quantity surveyor follow up rates/quotes.
  • Keeping updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have a Grade 12 certificate
  • Diploma in accounting or similar field, a degree will be an added advantage.
  • At least 2years working experience as an office administrator or accountant
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages
