Food and Beverage Manager | The Urban Hotel Ndola | | Full-Time
The food and beverage manager is responsible for leading the food and beverage seevicw staff in facilities. Responsible for ensuring the highest level of member service by overseeing all aspects of service and staff during operating hours, while working in a clean and safe environment and meeting all financia goals for sales and expenses.
- Work closely with the Chef to order supplies and plan fine dining menus
- Design and implement training programmes for restaurantand kitchen staf
- Set up and monitor stock control systems and produce monthly reports accordingly
- Plan and prepare F&B budget on quarterly basis
- Constantly review product range to emsure set quality standards are maintained
- Minimum of 2 years mamagement experience requiredin fine dining or upscale restaurant
- Professional, articulate, friendly and punctual
- Proficient in computer skills including POS Systems, Word and Excel
